Here I am, staring the largest liability I have assumed in my 28 years of life right in the, umm, window.

If you haven’t caught on I recently bought my first house, a foreclousure.  This is (hopefully) going to be a long requiem to the sweat and hardwork I plan to invest to make this my home.  As you can see, I have a long way to go.  From dilapitated appliances to landscaping to blowing out walls, this is my challenge.  When you lump that in with my traveling job, my big ideas and my plans to be as creative as possible on a low-cost budget, I have my work cut out for me.  However, I have a large family and fantastic friends who have already pledged their support to make this my own version on “Flip this house.”  (I have no plans to sell it, but the process will be similar)
